CARAVAN COORDINATORS NEEDED
CARAVAN POLICY
(New Effective 4/2026)
Purpose
The NEW & IMPROVED Caravan Process designed to:
Simplify scheduling and participation.
Provide a consistent, unified time for showings.
Strengthen professional networking within the Kaua‘i real estate community.
Key Improvements
REALTOR® Coordinator (to work with KBR in coordinating).
Unified Time Block: All properties are open during one set time (e.g., 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM).
Sign Up: Provide your MLS # to the REALTOR® Coordinator.
Flyer Schedules created by REALTOR® Coordinator: No longer the Title Companies.
Optional Luncheons & Guest Speakers: You choose whether to host refreshments or partner with Affiliates.
RSVP for Lunch: To request RSVP, email the REALTOR® Coordinator to allow the host to plan accordingly.
Open to active REALTOR® members in good standing.
Listings must be active residential properties in the MLS.
Sign up for REALTOR® Coordinator by notifying KBR to coordinate the caravan.
Confirm time block and sign-up deadline with KBR (All dates are final; no exceptions will be made).
Help solicit REALTORS® with new listings in the district.
Collect MLS #’s for all CAVARAN participants.
Pull from MLS after deadline in flyer format (FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FROM HAWAII INFORMATION SERVICES (HIS).
Send flyers to participants for review and special notes (e.g., parking info, gift cards, refreshments).
Provide final flyer & notes to KBR and Title Company sponsor for e-blast distribution.
Caravan is strictly for REALTOR® networking and property previews.
No Host Home: Each participant provides their own refreshments.
Host Home with Refreshments: To request an RSVP, please email the REALTOR® Coordinator so the host can plan accordingly.
One caravan per district per month (on a rotating basis):
Wednesdays:
2nd Wednesday of the month – Wailua, Kawaihau
3rd Wednesday of the month – Princeville
last Wednesday of the month – North Shore
Thursdays:
2nd Thursday of the month – Lihue
3rd Thursday of the month – Southside.
4th Thursday of the month – Westside.
All scheduled caravans are subject to change with holidays or KBR events.
We encourage REALTORS® sign in at each property.
Professional conduct is expected at all times.
Title Companies may sponsor as invited by the REALTOR® Coordinator.
Affiliates no longer create flyers, pick up food, or supply paper goods.
KBR will feature a rotating Affiliate Member Highlight in our e-blast schedule to ensure all Affiliates receive visibility.

IMPORTANT: Due to the Clear Cooperation Policy and MLS Rules & Regulations, listings must be in “Active Status” at the time of submission or within 24 hours due to our public facing promotion and advertising.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REALTOR CARAVAN HOST – FLYER:
Realtor Coordinator: (Provided by Hawaii Information Services (HIS) ~ it is a SIMPLE PROCESS.
1. Go to your MLS >
2. In the search bar type in the MLS Numbers >
3. Make sure the display is set to MLS One Photo >
4. Click Share – Export PDF >
5. Send flyer to Kauai Board of REALTORS® (KBR) for eblast to members >
6. Send flyer to Title Company of your choice for eblast to members.
